Forged by Fyr started as a little independent silver business, born whilst El was travelling in India. Her love for India grew, as did her knowledge of silversmithing, and she decided to combine her two loves- and create opportunities for collaborations between India and the UK.
El is also a freelance writer and musician, and often writes about her jewellery making process, travels, and adventures in her favourite country.
El's adventures by motorbike also influence her designs, with a nod to the landscapes she experienced in Leh Ladakh and the Himalayas.

Our vision
We want to collaborate with locals in Rajasthan and use a percentage of our profits to help clothe, house and feed local families living far below the poverty line.
